Attic Ladders

We install attic ladders and fit them to the open space you have available.

Cabinets

We install new cabinets and refurbish existing ones. If you need drawings for the job, we can help with those as well.

Carpentry & Woodworking

We take on all sorts of carpentry jobs, big or small. We just need an idea of the project to get started.

Caulking

Small to mid-sized caulking projects, including sealing gaps and joints for a clean, finished look and added protection against moisture and drafts.

Ceiling Fan Installation

Ceiling fan installation for standard and high ceilings. For taller or hard-to-reach ceilings, we may need to inspect the space first to determine access and installation requirements.

Commercial Property Maintenance

We work with property managers, and we would welcome the opportunity to partner with you or join your building maintenance team. We have worked on over 5 buildings and 600+ units.

Countertops

We install countertops in granite, stone, marble and more. We can also take the measurements and provide the drawings for your cutouts.

Doors

We install, repair and replace doors for landlords, realtors, and basic inspections.

Drywall

We handle drywall repairs and basic patches and holes, as well as complete jobs — from drywalling a single room to a whole house.

Electrical

Basic, light electrical work only: sockets, light switches, ceiling fans and similar.

Fixture Repair, Installation & Replacement

We install kitchen faucets and plumbing fixtures, including garbage disposals.

Flooring

We install hardwood, laminate, rubber laminate, and tongue and groove flooring.

Furniture Assembly

We assemble basic furniture from Home Depot, Target, Walmart, Pier 1 and other department stores.

General Contracting

We take on bigger jobs as well. We start with a consultation so we can go over the goal for your project first.

General home repairs and maintenance, from minor fixes to everyday household repairs that help keep your home safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Exterior home security system installation, including cameras, doorbells, and other security devices to help keep your home protected and give you added peace of mind.

Small to mid-sized plumbing repairs and installations, including minor leaks, fixture replacements, and other common plumbing needs around the home.

Punch List or Inspection Report Repairs

We complete punch-out lists for realtors, property managers, landlords and contractors.

Basic home remodeling and improvement projects, including smaller updates, repairs, and finishing work to refresh and improve your space.

Residential Property Maintenance

We work with property managers to answer and complete tickets for apartment turnovers as tenants move in and out.
