He also previously served as Director of the Alliance of Empowerment in Housing in Philadelphia, focusing on affordable housing solutions and support services for individuals and families in need. These efforts have earned recognition from members of the United States Congress.

Moving beyond his nonprofit influence, Mr. Pickett is also an experienced professional handyman. This comes from years of working trade knowledge, coupled with a background in Real Estate. He specializes in residential repairs, renovations, maintenance, and property improvements, having studied Carpentry, Electric and Plumbing at Orleans Tech. His work is admired for its reliability, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional craftsmanship. His merging of technical skill and service-driven values makes him an ideal support for seniors, realtors, single females, and veterans, in maintaining safe, functional, and affordable living spaces.

Mr. Pickett’s mission is rooted in service, using both his leadership capabilities and skilled trade experience to bring stability, dignity, and opportunity for individuals and their communities. He’s devoted to giving back, intending to reinvest a portion of his earnings to Churches, non-profits, and in supporting veteran’s affordable housing initiatives.
